Super Structure
Walls: Brick work in cement mortar 1:6
Roof: Band/slab/lintel in R.C.C 1:2:4
Terrace: Roof Terracing with brick tiles with cement grouting over mud phaskha.

Finishes
Walls: All Internal walls will be plastered only.
Exterior: All external walls be plastered and painted upto elevation only.
Interior flooring: Marble stone flooring in all living areas and bedrooms.
Driveway & Rear Yard: Kota stone flooring in front driveway and under projection only.
Flooring: Marbletsone
Platform : Marble stone (Baroda Green)
Sink : Stainless Steel
Dado : Glazed ceramic tiles up to 2'0" heights above working platform.
Toilets
Flooring : Floor Tiles
Tiles : Ceramic tiles up to 7' height
Sanitary : Good quality fitting to be used. Hot & cold water system (pipe line only). A sanitary fittings are vitreous china in white/coloured shade.
Doors : Sal wood frames, phenol bonded flush doors of good quality with Brass fittings.
Windows : Sal wood frames, 2nd class hard wood glazed shutters with 4mm thick pin headed sheet glass.
Electrical : Copper wiring in concealed conduits. There will be adequate light and fan points.
Staircase : Stairs finished by marble stone & MS handrail on MS posts.
