SHRI Group is the market leader capturing 85% of private builder business in Mathura. It has the highest number of executed and ongoing projects in Mathura. The group has shifted focus towards larger projects and today most of the larger housing projects coming up in Mathura are being executed by SHRI Group. Larger numbers of units and bigger projects have been made possible due to the group's reputation and its ability to sell majority of its projects well in advance of commencement of construction. It also helps the group in achieving economies of scale and obtaining attractive pricing from its vendors. It is the first builder in the region to provide modern living, secured gated, environment friendly complexes with globally preferred lifestyle amenities. The group has a huge repeat customer base with a high referral client base. It also enjoys ADF facilities from most banks operating in the region.
Land Acquisition
The group owns a large land bank at strategic locations in and around the Mathura region (approx. 450 acres). It has been the group's policy to acquire land in premium or strategic locations instead of secluded areas. This has helped them in attracting far more customers and investors than competitors. The group also has a transparent land acquisition procedure whereby they acquire only non-disputed land, all of which is bought in the company name. Joint Ventures are never entered into for acquisition of land, giving the group absolute right over it. This is a clear advantage that the group has over its competitors
Experienced Management Team
The group diversified into real estate during the late 1990s. The management team is highly entrepreneurial and includes seasoned players. Though they have the real estate experience of almost a decade, they have hired the best resources to fill the gap, if any.
